First TV Airing of “Isang Araw Lang” Movie Seen on UNTV

The movie Isang Araw Lang (Just One Day) directed by budding actor-director Kuya Daniel Razon was aired at UNTV on April 8, 2012, its first airing on a free-to-air television.  The film was a directorial debut of Kuya Daniel and was premiered at the Meralco Theater back in July 2009.

Two other screenings of the movie happened on July 26, 2009 at the PICC Plenary Hall in Pasay City where people all over Luzon gathered to fill every corner of the venue during both showing schedules on that day.

“Isang Araw Lang” movie is about a jeepney driver who thrives to be of help to everyone without expecting anything in return. (Read more of the movie review here.)

Like all of his other projects, the inspirational “indie” film’s proceeds were dedicated to various charitable works that were conceptualized and materialized by Kuya Daniel and maintained with the support of Bro. Eli Soriano and the members of the Church of God International, ADD Foundation, and Kamanggagawa Foundation, Inc.

Isang Araw Lang was first launched as an advocacy of Kuya Daniel that urges everyone to do acts of goodwill to fellowmen even for just one day.
